All Saints' is in the pretty village of East Hanningfield near Chelmsford in Essex. It is an Anglican church (part of the Church of England) and it's a grade 2 listed building. A warm welcome awaits you, whether you are a practising Christian, or have no faith at all, or you are somewhere in between.
On this site you can find out more about what we do and what we believe.
There is information about our children's activities and how to decide between a baptism (christening) service or a thanksgiving service for your child. You can also find out about arranging a wedding here.
Find out about the history of the church . We have also researched the names of the men listed on the village war memorial to commemorate the 100th anniversay of the start of world war 1 in August 1914. The booklet is available here.
We can be found on the main road called The Tye, in East Hanningfield, almost opposite the turning to the school and Post Office. See us on GOOGLE MAPS (opens in a new window).

We are part of a group of nearby churches called the Chelmer Crouch Group. We share resources and ideas, and the group puts on special events which would be difficult for a single church to organise alone. We will advertise them in the coming events section. The latest CCG newsletter is here.
Our church is a member of the diocese of Chelmsford which is a large group of churches, 463 parishes in Essex and East London. Our Bishop Stephen is very keen to make the treasures of Christian Faith available to everybody. You can find his helpful YouTube video blog here.
